FangJet LLC (“we”, “our”, or “us”) builds mobile apps and software. This privacy policy explains what information our apps collect, how we use it, and your rights regarding that information.

• Data stored locally on your device stays on your device.
• Location data is used only to provide location-dependent features (such as weather or GPS coordinates for emergency alerts) and is not stored on our servers.
• We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.

Third-Party Services

Some of our apps integrate with third-party services to provide features. These services have their own privacy policies:

• Open-Meteo — weather data provider. No account or personal data is required. See open-meteo.com/en/terms.
• OpenWeatherMap — weather data provider used in some apps. See openweathermap.org/privacy-policy.
• Google Play Services — used for Android Auto Backup (data restore) and location services. See policies.google.com/privacy.

Data Storage and Security

Most data collected by our apps is stored locally on your device and is not transmitted to external servers. Where cloud backup is used (such as Android Auto Backup via Google Drive), it is handled by Google’s infrastructure and subject to your Google account settings.

We take reasonable precautions to protect any information we handle, but no method of electronic storage or transmission is completely secure.

Children’s Privacy

Our apps are not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe we have inadvertently collected such information, please contact us and we will delete it promptly.

Your Rights

Depending on your location, you may have rights regarding your personal data, including the right to access, correct, or delete information we hold about you. Since most data is stored locally on your device, you can typically manage or delete it directly through the app’s settings or by uninstalling the app.
